Diane Bridges Obituary

Bridges, Diane B. 59, of Woodstock, died Wednesday, March 23, 2005, at Alden Long Grove Nursing Home in Long Grove. She was born August 30, 1945, in Chicago, to Raymond H. and Fern U. (McCrory) Beyer. She enjoyed reading and television. She is survived by two sons, Scott (Jennifer) Nelson of Chicago and Daniel Bridges of Woodstock; two daughters, Shannon (Armond) Jesse of Woodstock and Kori (Sebastian) Jones of Los Angeles, CA; two brothers, Ken Beyer of Arizona and Don (Judith) Beyer of Woodstock; also five grandchildren, Zoe, Trinity, Joshua, Katrina and Lucille. She was preceded in death by her parents. The visitation will be on Friday, March 25th, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the Schneider, Leucht, Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, 1211 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock. Her funeral service will be Saturday, March 26, 2005, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be at McHenry County Memorial Park in Woodstock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Lung Association or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation. For information call the funeral home at 815-338-1710.

She was also preceded in death by her son Joel Allen Nelson. Her former husbands were Barry Nelson of Chicago, and Michael Bridges of Fort Myers Beach Florida.
