Derek Smith Obituary
Derek A. Smith, age 42, of Chicago, passed away Thursday evening, June 23, 2022. He leaves behind his husband, Daniel Miller and their dogs, Tachi, Archer, Spencer, and Nibbler; dear brother of Barbara, the late Doug, and Lee (Jeremy) Nadolski; cherished son of the late Sam and late Shirley Smith. Awesome uncle to AnaLee and Jeremy. Long-time member of the Chicago Metro Sports Association, where he played flag football for many years. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Memorial Visitation from 1 p.m.- 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W. Lawrence Ave., Chicago, IL 60630. Interment private.
