They say what we leave behind is our example for those who follow. Uncle Joe
Thanks for your example. I looked up to you and you never let me down.
How fortunate was I to have such a wonderful collection of Aunts and Uncles. THE BEST!
Uncle Joe, you loved my Aunt Delores and you produced, smart, strong and independent children. You did your best. You gave enough.
"I wish you could live forever and I could be there too and that there would be generations to look after me and you. I know that isn't likely so I guess I'll say it now, that I'll love you pass the boundary that time and breath allow"
Thanks for the memories, Love Bob

The Hartwig family extends our sympathies to the Delaney family on the passing of Uncle Joe. How very sad we all were to hear the news. I spent many of my childhood summers in the Delaney household and have wonderful memories of those times as well as the all of the times we got together for holidays and just for the company. I can vividly picture My Mom & Dad (Bill & Alice Wilson) and Uncle Joe & Aunt Delores sitting around the kitchen table having a few cocktails...LOL...and socializing! There were some pretty lively dicussions that took place! I sure heaven will never be same now that they are together again. My Uncle Joe was one of the most giving and loving gentlemen (along with my dad)that I have ever known. Even with a house full I always welcome.
I will keep the whole Delaney clan in my prayers in the days to come.
And Aunt Delores I will say some extra ones for you. 0:)
All our smypathy & Love,
Alyce & Greg

The members of the Reisel family want to express our sympathies to the Delaney family on the passing of Joe.We have some wonderful memories of time spent with all of you.
Joan and I can remember years ago watching the South Side Irish Parade, after being invited to a party at Pat's home. There we were standing in 37 degree weather, the wind blowing, listening to strange music from some far away land from across the Atlantic, and wondring why are we doing this.
What is best remembered is the hospitality extended to all of the Reisel's by the Delaney clan.We were,I felt, accepted as an extended family.Thank you.
All of this I am sure is a result of the lessons learned in the household of Joe and Delores. You are all wonderful people.
God bless Joe.God give him peace.
God bless Delores. She will surely gain strength being surronded by a great family, although she is a pretty tough gal by herself.
Thinking of you....Joan & Jim
