Delmus Lech Obituary

Lech, Delmus J. Passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016. Del served in the Army/Air Force from 1948 to 1952 and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. He worked for Westinghouse Electric as a Machinist and retired from that company. Throughout his life he expressed how much he enjoyed his work. Del was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, of 49 years, in 2008. He is survived by his sister, Bernadette Haase (Clarence); and brother, Frank, his wife, Joyce (Skraba). His sister Rita Bonderski preceded him in death in 2003 and her husband, Paul, died in 2006. Del is survived by many nieces, great-nieces, nephews and great-nephews, cousins and Godchildren, and many friends. Del was a lifetime active member of the Moose Lodge's District 44 and served 2 terms as Governor. He and his wife enjoyed dancing and traveling. Del's later years he became a pro at playing Dominos.
