Deborah Graham Obituary

Graham, Deborah

A cherished mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend, peacefully entered eternal rest on January 21, 2024, in Chicago, IL, surrounded by the love of her four children. Born on February 17, 1963, in Greenville, Mississippi, to Claude Ryan Jr. and Priscilla Graham, Deborah's journey through life was marked by academic excellence and a commitment to learning.

Deborah attended Chicago Vocational High School and blossomed into a world scholar. Her dedication led her to earn esteemed associations in business, finance, and accounting from Kennedy King College. She furthered her studies in Psychology at Loyola University and Chicago State, earning recognition with an Honorary Doctorate Degree.

Deborah's passing is preceded by her sister Ginger and brother Claude. She is survived by her parents Claude Ryan Jr. and Priscilla Dorsey, her devoted husband Alfred, sisters Shelia and Sheree, and brothers Joseph, Calvin, Alton, Greg, Robert, and Raymond, along with Raymond's wife Ronetta.

Her enduring legacy lives on through her beloved children: daughters Jacqueline and Kandice Graham, sons Ernest Hoover and Myron Graham, and his wife Kimberly Graham. Deborah's grandchildren, Marquise, Akira, Addison, Jayden, Myron Jr., Naomi, Olivia, and Kingston, will forever carry her love in their hearts.

A celebration of Deborah's life will take place at King of Glory Tabernacle Church, 2314 E 83rd St, Chicago, IL 60617. The funeral services will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together to honor and remember Deborah.

Deborah touched the lives of numerous nieces, nephews, and friends, leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth, and wisdom. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the heavenly serenity she brought to those blessed to have known her.
