Templin, David D. Age 89. Longtime owner of Motive Parts Company, who witnessed the stretch call for over 50 Kentucky Derbys, passed away peacefully at his Palos Park home on Wednesday, with his beloved family at his side. Longtime Chicago Heights resident. Loving husband for 57 years of the late Alba L. (nee Piunti); cherished father of Linda (Gerald Hutter), Lori (John Iaconi), and David Henry Templin; proud grandfather of EmmaLee Hutter; son of the late Amy (nee Webb) and Henry J. Templin; brother of the late James (late Estelle), Bruce (late Bernice) and Webb (late Jeanne) Templin; best friend of his "Grand-Puppies," Hydee Ho-Ho, Santo and Lucy; forever grateful friend to his caregivers, Ernesta, Kristina, Polly and Lauren; uncle and dear friend of many. Visitation will be held at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (US Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave), Chicago Heights, on Sunday, July 24th from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral services at 5:00 p.m. Burial private.
