Dave called me the Minnesota Lumberjack. I checked his cabin when I was around checking Pat Colin's and did a lot of chain saw cutting of timber at his cabin. I will miss Dave and Gus. I hope the children use the lovely cabin and think of their father and the love her had for it, view and Wisconsin.

A good man who raised a good family has left us. He is on another trip now. We will all miss him. I met Dave the day my son Eddie was born. He shared with me many insights that night on fatherhood and family. He was so very proud of his family. After three hours or so and some questioning on my part I figured out he was Diggers dad. He has been around us at many activities ever since. God bless you Dave.

Dave, you were very special to me. You were my mentor, a baby sitter and teacher for my children , my part time plumber, the older brother I never had, but most of all my friend.
My loss is heaven's gain....
I will miss you!!!
