In most people's lives they have a person that they look up to, admire, idolize. Someone who engraved a part of themselves on that person.
I was fortunate to have 4 great idols.
My Father, who stood by my side when needed.
My Uncle Marty, who taught me humility, that sometimes its better to just be quiet.
My Uncle John, who taught me pretty much everything that I know today, an had a big part of who I am.
And then
Mr. Nolan, who taught me how to be a good family man, dependable, trustworthy, dedicated, faithful and hardworking and a good provider. He showed me what it meant to be a family man. From working hard to provide, to coaching and being involved with community.
Each had a hand in making me a man of my word. And each engraved a part of themselves onto me. And for that these men will forever hold a place in my heart that now seems to be empty and dark due to the loss of my last great idol.
I am on my own now, And
It will be and has been hard to carry on, and i will try to make them all proud,.
So till we meet again.....
Thank you all.
Marty.

Rest in peace grandpa... i love you so much and miss you more than words can describe. You were one of the best grandfathers a grandchild could ever ask for. Save a spot for me up there next to you and grandma. I know you two are dancing together in the stars at night, and in the light of the sun during the day. Love you so much.
