Dear Jennifer, Tom, Alexis, Tibor & Cooper,
We have just learned about the terrible tragedy from Max. We are shocked, and cannot imagine what you are going through. Daniel has been Max's classmate and friend for all school years; his name would so often come up when Max shared about school and after-school adventures. Memories about Daniel are with our sons and us to stay forever now. We are yet to fully grasp the reality of this horror. You are all in our thoughts. Deepest condolences.

We grieve for the loss of your beloved son. Daniel was a beautiful boy inside and out. He would always give Eleni and her friends safe rides home at night. We will remember him and pray for him and your family always. May is memory be eternal. With love, George, Vasya, Katherine, Eleni and Emilia Platanitis
