Hon ... oh how I miss you. Thanks for 30+ years. Our marriage wasn't perfect. But one thing is for sure ... we were two imperfect humans who were made for each other. Thanks for being my soul partner and for being such an amazing dad to Justin. The memories will definitely carry me through until we meet again. I miss you hon ... oh how much I miss you.

Hard to believe it is going on 5 years since my honey earned his angel's wings. He suffers no more ... praise God. Cancer truly sucks!! Like any relationship ours was surely not perfect, but one thing was for sure ... we were made for each other. Dan was such a wonderful husband. We met while both active duty with the USAF and stationed in Ft Walton Beach, Florida. We had our first date December 24th, 1984; he proposed February 14th, 1985, and we were married May 17, 1985 ... 5 months after meeting. Guess there's truth in the saying ... you know when you find the right person! He took his role seriously and despite our ups and downs there was no one I would have preferred as my lifetime husband. 30+ years and the memories will live on forever. Dan was hardworking, smart, handsome, funny as all heck, witty, caring, and I could go on and on. Yes, memories of him pop up continuously and remind me ... better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. Thank you hon for your love. Justin and I, along with so many others, truly benefitted from having you in our lives. Pray you continue resting in peace knowing how much you are loved and missed. I know you are now in good company ... finally met my mom (whom I told you so much about) and papi (who loved and treated you like a son)! Love and miss you hon. Hugs until we meet again.

Although I have known Dan for over 20 years, I more recently had the pleasure of interacting and developing a personal relationship with him. His jokes and smiles positively changed each day. Sending heartfelt thoughts of sympathy, especially to Ruthie and Justin, as the journey begins without Dan.
