Dale was my friend,my co-worker,my roommate and best of all he was like a brother to me I will always remember when we went to the WWE Wrestling at the Allstate Arena we had so much fun you will always be the friend in my head God Bless the entire Wright And Flood family And especially to Kari I will Love You Always

Dale your were our first born. No I didn't give birth to you but you were mine and your Dad's son in every way. You never forgot Mother's Day or Father's day. Now you are with God and you get to meet the rest of the family and see your Grampa Preuss again.
Thank you so much to all of Dale's fiends and co-workers. Your kind words and friendship with Dale are a great comfort to us.

I will always and forever have beautiful and sweet memories of you and words can't explain how I feel about your passing. My prayers are with all that love you. Though I don't drink pepsi or coke, I will drink one just for you! Gone but not forgotten.

No words can describe of how nice of I man u were. I remember the day my son got sick and I didn't have a babysitter you offer to care for him and feed him candy all day. It was a pleasure to work with you and to be your friend .

I met Dale in 2002 when I started working at Highland Park Hospital. For over three years, he was this hyper-active man that would go always the extra mile to accomplish things. I do agree with another person that stated he thought about others first instead of himself. He was very helpful, free spirited, and easy to work with. I remember he would not give up his coffee & cigarretes' breaks. But he was always there, smiling, and sharing his favorite phrases, I remember "sweettteee". I remember he hated answering the phone, lol...He said it would interrupt his "actual work". But he did awesome. He was an extraordinary man. He was the first one inviting me to a movie, when I had moved to Illinois, we went to see Harry Potter. I know he wanted to watch an action movie, but he let me watch this movie instead. We were friends, and I will always remember Dale. God bless him in his new path. And God bless his family to learn to live without him. He will surely be miss. Good bye my friend.

Dale - you will be truly missed and will always be remembered for your humor, your sharp wit, your generosity and willingness to go above and beyond in ALL you have done. I will miss your smiles and jokes and the laughter you brought to me while I knew you. I am truly blessed to have met you and been your friend for over a decade.

I only knew Dale for a short time, but I can truely say what a kind man he was. I will miss him dearly.
My thoughts and prayers are with all his family and friends.

For a true friend

It’s always hard to say Good Bye, but especially when someone so young, so vital and so much a part of your life, is suddenly taken away. Dale belonged to our NorthShore Laboratory Family for as far back as we can remember and his presence will be sorely missed. The only comfort we have is knowing that he is looking down from above; and in his inimitable way, commenting on everything he sees saying:
S-W-E-E-E-E-T !!
May his memory be for a blessing for all of us.

Shocked and lost for words as I remember Dale. Dale was a salt of the earth, free spirited kind of guy and such a pleasure to work with...very dedicated and hard working. Dale will be greatly missed by many.
