Time does not stop for anyone, and 18 years have passed so quickly; but memories of a special friend are infinite.

Today, November 1, 2019, you would have celebrated your 71st birthday. It breaks my heart that you and your best friend Frank never achieved that feat. Frank and I enjoyed your weekly Sunday visits and I and the Gatz family miss both of you so very much.

Dale was very close to my parents and I. He was like a family member and I have many found memories of being with him. Some are going with him to the racetrack, hockey games, Lake Holcombe, WI, seeing him regularly on Sundays and at family parties. He left his indelible mark on all of our lives and touched each one of us dearly. It is amazing how he always had a wealth of knowledge about a lot things--old movies, actors, World War II, sports (the Bears of the 60's), current news and he always took interest in you--in what you were doing. I thank God he blessed me through his presence all the years I have known him. I wish him and his family peace and God's comfort. We'll miss you Dale.

Sorry for your loss.

Losing Dale was like losing a member of my own family. He will always be remembered.
