Arthur "Curly" Vinson, 75, of 23 Amgi Drive, died Thursday, January 22, 2004 at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

A native of Union County, he was the son of the late, Bernard and Ollie Tucker Vinson.

He was a retired Security Guard with Mt. Vernon Mills and attended Woodruff Church of God.

He is survived by his wife; Sybil Cooper Vinson of the home

He is predeceased by a daughter; Annette Roddy

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, January 23rd, at Lanford Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2004 at Woodruff Church of God by Rev. James H. Shealy and Rev. Buster Ball.

The body will be placed in the church at 1:00 p.m.

Burial will follow at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.
