Metoyer, Clotilde (nee Christophe), age 97, beloved wife of the late Victor J. Sr. and survived by Benedict LaCour, loving mother of Victor Jr. (Cara), Mary L. (Ovide) Honore and Henry (Lucille) Metoyer, dear grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 26 and great-great-grandmother of six, devoted sister of Carrie Balthazar, Horace Christophe, Henrietta Sarpy, Liza Metoyer and the late Andres Christophe, Irma Metoyer, Ernest Christophe, Percy Christophe and Theresa Sarpy. Member of St. Augustine Christian Mothers and avid quiltmaker. Visitation Tuesday, 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home (Heeney-Laughlin Directors), 2929 W. 87th St., Evergreen Park. Liturgical Wake Service, 7:00 p.m. Services and Entombment at St. Augustine Cemetery in Melrose, LA on Saturday. 708-636-5500.
