The Jackson Family,
Cliff was more than a co-worker. He was my guiding star when we started at the IRS as my coach 36 years ago. Like Manny Sanford he always was patient and supportive throughout my career. And most of all he was a loving man. We all miss him.

Cliff always had a positive spin on things. I enjoyed working with him.
