Dear Sam, Maryann and Family,
I was stunned to hear about Chris' death. We use to talk quite a bit on the phone until she went to the nursing home. We had so many good memories from when we worked at Zenith. Maryann, you and Jimmy grew up with all of us at work. How your Mom loved your boys. I knew how happy she was when she would tell me about each one of her boys and how they were doing. Also what she was cooking for them. They were the light of her and Sam's life. They were what kept her going all these years. I know that she will be missed immensely by her family. I, too, will miss our get togethers on the phone and will reminice about the good old days. Sleep peacefully, Chris... I know you will with Jimmy at your side. Your are in my thoughts and prayers.

Nana,

You are the person with whom I shared everything with. I could come to you and talk to you about every and anything without judgment. You and Papa are responsible for everything that I am today and I will always remember what you have done for not only me but my brothers as well. You were loved by each and every one of us dearly and you will be infinitely missed.

To my.. one & only, ageless and timeless, favorite auntie.. as I always said to you when I called to say hello as I started my conversation with you...and you would always laugh each and every time and Say "I know, my dear", and we would chuckle. I will love you forever and you will always be that to me.

Please accept my sincerest condolences. I will truly miss my talks with Chris over the phone . . . the lifeline of us elderly folk. I'm sorry my own infirmities make me unable to attend the services. But Chris will continue to be in my many prayers each day, as always.

To Sam, Mary-Ann, and family,

Chris was like a mother to me. She was such a good person and always gave me good advice, and always looking out for me and my girls. She spoke often about Jimmy, and you, Mary-Ann, Michael and Carol, the boys (her grandsons), and loved them so much. She loved to cook her big pots of food and made sure everyone got enough to eat. We laughed a lot about our Zenith days, when I would come and visit her in Addison. I'm so glad I got to talk to her to tell her I love her. She will always be in my heart, and I will miss her. I pray for all of you.

Sincerely,
Pat Zwierzyna (Kmiecik)
