Grandma Betty,
We are here for you and love you very much! I feel very fortunate to have been able to spend quality time up at the trailer with all of you. I got to see what a funny person he was and how much he loved to fish. He is gone now, but his spirit will always be with you. He will truly be missed.
Love,
Your oldest one

Dear Dad,
They Sometimes tell me Im a lot like you. I take that as a compliment. Only you know how much I will miss you. Jim and I agree the lake will never be the same. We will miss you on the deck in the morning listening to the weather channel, you trying to look in Gordys window to see the baseball games, you competing with Ma with the puzzle books, so many other fun times we looked forward to every time you were there with us. Jim is already missing his fishing partner of 24 years. Dad, there are no words to describe the sadness and loss we are feeling now. I know you are not in pain anymore. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for fighting such a long and couragious battle to stay with us as long as you did. We will always love and admire your determination, humor, and your strong but loving personality (at least after you mellowed with age!) We will enjoy the flowers and bushes you had me dig out of your yard and plant by the lake. We will always have a part of you blooming every spring and summer.
WE LOVE YOU LOTS AND WILL MISS YOU ALWAYS

Grampa,
You were the best Granfather anyone could ever ask for. You were firm, but fair and always good for a laugh. We all looked up to you in everyway. You will be deeply missed by all. We love you with all of our hearts. Don't worry the Marines guard the gates of heaven and we'll let the Navy guys in every once in a while. Love,
Bobby & Claudia Amato
