Funeral Service Monday, August 7th, 9:45 a.m., from Parkside Chapels & Cremation Services 5948 Archer Ave. (Corner of Major), Chicago to St. Daniel the Prophet Church Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 1 to 8 p.m. Member of St. Pancratius Church H.N.S. and Dom Podhalan Polish Highlanders Club In lieu of flowers masses preferred.
