Beloved husband of the late Bernadine Ulrich (nee Koch), loving father of Charles, Gary and Kurt (Sue) Ulrich, grandfather of Nikki, Jeff, Bryan, Kelly, Rachel, Sara and Kurt Ulrich, dear brother of Caroline (Robert) O'Connell, David Ulrich and the late Dorothy Ulrich, brother-in-law of Dorothy Wyatt, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Former Professional Football player with the St. Louis Cardinals, also University of Illinois Football Team, who played on the 1952 Rose Bowl Championship Team. Member of Chicagoland Sports and Roseland Hall of Fame inductee. Funeral Service Thursday, April 13, 2006, 10 a.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 18022 Dixie Highway in Homewood. Chuck was a great friend and golf buddy I will miss him.We taught driver education together at Fenger High school and had many laughs and experiences. Any students who came in contact with Chuck will never forget him and his unique humor. He taught me a great deal about life. My wife and I send our deepest sympathy to his family.
