To Mrs. Tortorello and Family. I wish to send my deepest condolences. My father Richard Anderson worked at the Fire Prevention Bureau with Charle. He loved working with and for him and spoke of him often. He felt he was one of the best bosses he ever had and had great respect for him. My dad died in 1994 and I send this on his behalf. My thoughts are with you. Deirdre Anderson

Dad, you were the best. I could sit and write all day about all the things that I am thankful. I'll keep it brief...you and mom were there to wish me a happy birthday on my 60th last month. And dad, you really had your "thinking cap" on when you bought the property that we call "Honore Place". That enabled us to live close by and share good times and care for each other in the not so good times. I'll miss your wisdom, your quick wit, and your e-mails. But your love will live forever in my heart.
Love,
Betty
