Charles Sprowl Obituary

Sprowl, Charles Riggs 95, of Winnetka, formerly of Glencoe died on August 7th in Deerfield. Mr. Sprowl is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Virginia Graham Sprowl; four children, Charles R. (Suzanne) Sprowl Jr., of Southport, CT, Robert A. Sprowl, Susan S. Koch, and Sandra D. Sprowl (James Winne) of Walnut Creek, CA. and a daughter-in-law, Sarah D. Sprowl; he is survived by five grandchildren, Lindsay D. Smith, Courtney T. Smith, Ashley A. Sprowl, Robert D. Sprowl and Sarah R. Sprowl. He is also survived by two nieces, Louise (George) Kaeding and Jean (Don) Cook, of Bloomington, IN. and a nephew, James A. (Susan) Sprowl. A memorial service will be held on August 22nd, which would have been Charles Sprowl's 96th Birthday. The service will be at 4 p.m. at the Glencoe Union Church, 263 Park Ave., Glencoe.
