Fritz, Charles M. Retried Lt. Commander USN WWII. 77 year resident of Park Ridge. Beloved husband of Renee (nee Schert), loving father of Gail (Dave) Wolfe, Chuck (Kathy), John (Gayle) and Ann (Jim) McFarland, devoted grandfather of Laura, Brian (Emilee), Kaitlin, Chuck III (Amy), Jenny, Mike, Danielle, Casey, Kelly, Kylie, Jimmy, Megan, Allison and one great-grandson Chuck IV, dearest sister-in-law of Marilyn Wandtke. Funeral Thursday, May 17, 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 306 S. Prospect Ave., Park Ridge. Interment Town of Maine Cemetery. Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Hwy. (2 blks. S. of Touhy), Park Ridge, In lieu of flowers, memorials to Les Turner ALS Foundation, 5550 W. Touhy Ave., Suite 302, Skokie, IL 60076. Funeral info., 847-823-1171.
