Charles Cullina Obituary

Uncle Chuck....a pillar among many pillars named or associated with the name Cullina. Rest in Peace Chuck.

My condolences to the Cullina Family on the loss of their leader! An amazing man with a wonderful family.

I hired Chuck back on the 80's as an equipment operator in the environmental business. He quickly rose through the ranks as the best the company could offer. His services were constantly requested by rival offices. This relationship was much more than employer-employee. He was a class act that taught me much about life. Unfortunately, due to a ongoing critical illness in my family, we will be unable to attend his celebration in Chicago.

Chuck was a really great and neat guy who NEVER hid his light under a bushel. I wish we had seen more of him.

Chuck, I just made some salsa with the tomatoes I canned, that you and Mary had brought me from Colorado one year. It's not as good as yours, but it reminds me of your generosity, kindness and how you absorbed new friends into your family. I'll never forget your big bear hugs and I am grateful to have known you.

The world is a lesser place without Chuck. I worked with him for many years and his humor, his intelligence, his kindness, his integrity, and yes, even his ceaseless teasing will be missed.

Chuck was such a nice guy, just a sweetheart, he will be missed.

You were so many different things to so many people. For me you were my first love, my first dance, my first valentine, and always my hero! You taught me how to ride horses, shoot guns, bail hay, clean stalls, load ammo and stand up for myself! So proud to call you my Dad, my Papa Bear, you will be missed always, never forgotten and loved like no other! Rest and be in peace! Hug and Kiss on Theresa for me! Your baby girl, Julia

I always enjoyed my conversations with Chuck while we worked together at the gun shows for the Pikes Peak Firearms Coalition. He was always cheerful and had many friends in our group. He will be missed!

Chuck was a longtime and active member of the Pikes Peak Firearms Coalition and a staunch supporter of our right to keep and bear arms. He will be missed and my thoughts and prayers go out to Mary Agnes and the family. Sailor, rest your oars.
