Bolek, Charles Joseph "Chuck" of Des Plaines, beloved son of the late Joseph and Theresa Bolek, loving brother of Joseph (Gloria) Bolek and Blanche (Robert) Grimes, proud uncle of Cheryl (Greg) Feltz, Kathleen (Dave) Dvorak, Connie (Josh) Vizek, Barbara (Tim) Karwoski, Vince (Jocelyn) and Barry (Lilia) Bolek, many grandnieces and nephews, dear godfather of Gregory Charles (Sharon) and Karalynn J. Hatz. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m., at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St., at Rand Rd., Des Plaines, where services will be held Thursday, 11:30 a.m. Interment Memory Gardens, Arlington Heights. I extend my sympathy to Chuck's family. I had the good fortune of knowing him as a member of the Des Plaines Elks Lodge, and working with him for the City of Des Plaines. I'm sure he will be remembered and missed by many.

Our condolences to the Bolek family. Chuck sat at the table in front of us almost every Sunday at Trackside and we really enjoyed talking with him. We will really miss him. I hope he's winning in Heaven!! He certainly deserves to. Donna and Tom

My deepest sympathies to the Bolek family. Chuck and my father Ted Eugenides were great friends. Since my father`s passing 6 years ago, I have had the pleasure of reminiscing with Chuck over many dinners about their past escapades. I`m certain they are laughing about them now, together again.
