Celestine Fulchon Obituary

Fulchon, Dr. Celestine M. "Chinita" age 60, is survived by her nephew, Jason M. Richardson, Esq. (Gerri) and her niece, Lisa M. Rollins (Larry), along with a host of cousins and friends. She served as Associate Professor and Director of Behaviorial Sciences in the Department of Family Medicine, Loyola University Medical Center, Stritch School of Medicine and Provident Hospital of Cook County. She taught family practice to residents and medical students, provided psychological care to patients and conducted research on intimate partner violence. Special viewing after 4 p.m., Wednesday, April 12th, at Unity Funeral Parlor, 4114 S. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL. Services Thursday, 6 p.m., at Crerar Memorial Presbyterian Church, 8100 S. Calumet Ave., Chicago. Info: 773-874-2132
