Terri and family;

I can't believe it's been eleven years since you lost your mom/mother-in-law/grandmother/great-grandmother. She would be so proud of all you've already accomplished, and I know she's watching over you. Her love will always be with you. May her memory continue to be for a blessing.

Lovingly,

Joel and Ellen Levy

Carol was not just a sister-in-law or even just a friend she was Family; Carol's family is our family! Carol was a good sport when being teased or even the butt of a joke – she always laughed as a good sport should. Her heart was big and full of love for her family and friends. The Matriarch of her family, consisting early on of only Carol and Terri, she knew from Terri's second birthday on what needed to be done. Carol worked hard and long to provide top notch Christian Schooling for Terri, all the way to getting her Degree.
Carol never complained, she just went about doing what was best for Terri, Terri always came first and vice versa. Carol's rightful belief in Jesus Christ as Savior to all that believe in his sacrificial death on the cross, was important to her, even throughout the trials and tribulations of being a single mother. Christ played a large part of Carol's adult life she knew that Terri was a blessing from heaven and even though husband Jimmy had passed on early in their life together Carol knew that Terri was what would keep her going in the years to come.
Terri knows how special her mother Carol was, and if you don't have any idea speak to Jim, or Ian, Andrew knew and you don't have to stop there, ask Dennis or Alex, you'll get “She was more than “Grandma.” Yes, Carol was more than mom or grandma. Beloved by many she will be missed by all. The thing I liked most was her love of Jesus Christ, which led her to being a loving woman; my brother choose well, he died before he really knew it.
My Family, though many miles away from Chicago, felt Carol and Terri and their 5 men were a lot closer than just relatives we were real family even though divided by 2,100 miles of freeway. We are held together by a common thread that is the Lord Jesus Christ. Do you want to see Carol again? Read John 3:16; then read the rest of the Bible and let your heart speak to you; you will develop a personal relationship with your Savior Jesus Christ; believe it! See you soon,
Mike Toomey, San Diego

Dear Terri and family,

Our heartfelt sympathy to you and your men. It was a long, hard battle, but Mom fought with everything she had. You made sure you were always there for her, and you gave her more than your love - you also gave her the grace and dignity to do what she needed to do. We know she loved and adored you tremendously. We're glad her suffering is over; we hope time will help you all to heal. Be kind to yourselves - as you have been all along. Our warm thoughts are with you. May her memory be for a blessing.

Lovingly,

Dominic (Mike) Pistorio
