Sussman, Judge Carl B. 90, beloved husband of the late Genevieve (nee Kramer), son of the late Max and Bessie Sussman, devoted father of Barry Sussman and Paul J. (Toni) Sussman, fond brother of the late Bertha Michaels and Harold Sussman, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Judge Sussman served as Magistrate Judge from 1971-1984, U.S. District Court, Under Governor Adlai Stevenson and Mayor Richard J. Daley was appointed to the Governors Parole and Pardon Board, Mayors Board for the House of Corrections. An elected member of Board of Managers for Chicago Bar Assn., President of Decalogue Society of Lawyers, Board of Directors Loop Synagogue. Practiced law in an advisory capacity with son, Atty: Paul J. Sussman. Graveside funeral services Friday, 11 a.m., at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights, Hebron Section.
