Bobette Masciotra Obituary
Bobette Masciotra (Tintari), age 64, was born in Hammond, IN on April 3, 1956. She passed away on January 2, 2021. Bobette was a long-time resident of Crete, IL and co-owner of Longwood Country Club until moving to St. Petersburg, FL in 2014. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Tintari (Kumiega); her son, Angelo Masciotra and her nephew, Dominic Tintari. Bobette is survived by her father, Robert Tintari; husband, Michael Masciotra; daughter Natalie (Eric) Sidor, siblings Tammy (Jorge) Hernandez and Joseph Tintari; grandchildren, Vivianna and Sebastian Sidor and numerous cherished cousins, nieces and nephews. Bobette was truly one of a kind and all that knew her loved her incredible sense of humor, contagious laugh and fun-loving attitude. She loved her family and friends with all her being. Bobette made an everlasting impact on people wherever she went. Her deep love of family, commitment to friends and kindness to strangers will be remembered by all. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the family will celebrate her life at a later date when it is safe for all of us to gather again. I am so sorry to hear of Bobette’s passing. We were in the same grade in school & rode the same bus together. We had some fun times together growing up, slumber parties etc. She was the life of the party. My deepest sympathy to her family...Rest in Peace my friend.

Very Sorry for your loss. I knew Bobette when I was in my late teens and early 20's. She was a good friend. I worked for her father as a waitress for the golf course. We would go out almost every night back then. I was in the hospital at the same time when I had my son and she had hers. We ended up in the same hospital room. Even though I haven't seen her for a very long time I will think of her often. God bless her family.
