Mrs. Beverly Jean Rader, 85, of Lebanon, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 16th. She passed away at home surrounded by her loving family.
Beverly was born on January 17th, 1940, in Westfield, to the late Monte and Margaret (McKnight) Jones.
Beverly married Stanley Paul Rader of Lebanon, on August 12, 1960, and they lived near Lebanon their entire married life.
They raised three daughters, Teresa (Jeff) Hobbs, of Lebanon, Katheryn (Gregory) Richards, of Lebanon, and Aimee (Mark) Pugh of West Lafayette.
Survivors include Stanley, their three daughters, sister Judy Carpenter (Lafayette), brothers Chester Jones (Willis TX), and Steven Jones (W. Lafayette). They have16 Grandchildren, Jami Richards, Michael (Jessica) Pugh, Taylor (Teron) McFall, Amanda (Ben) Beechy, Alyssa (David) Mohler, Allyson (Jordan) Willhite, Leah Mencke, Ashley Richardson, Andrea Gordon, Aimee Smith, Anita (Ethan) Davis, Aaron (Thelma) Gordon, Andrew (Kaitlyn) Gordon, Asa (Camryn) Gordon, Adam Gordon, Amos Gordon, and 28 great-grandchildren.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, brothers-in-law Larry Rader and Phillip Carpenter, and sister-in-law Jeannie Rader.
Stan and Bev owned and operated R & J Oliver Sales, a farm equipment dealership in Lebanon, for over 30 years, where she managed the office and kept the books.
She was a longtime member of Centenary United Methodist Church, where she served in many roles, including organizing funeral dinners. She was also an active longtime member of Zonta.
She was known for her generosity, compassion for others and for stepping in to help where there was a need.
She loved being with friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Monday, December 22, at 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 5 p.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church in Lebanon.
Memorials in her name may be given to Centenary United Methodist Church.

Beverly was a wonderful wife , mother and grandmother. She was also an outstanding business woman with her husband at R & J Oliver Sales and Service. Lots of good memories with the Rader family. So sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers for you girls. She leaves some big shoes to fill, but you have a lot of great memories . God bless each of you at this difficult time.
