Beulah Gromling Obituary

YORK Beulah M. Gromling, 70, died Saturday, August 21, 2010, at York Hospital. She was the wife of David M. Gromling, Sr., with whom she celebrated 47 years of marriage. Born on October 31, 1939, in York, she was the daughter of the late Perry E. and Minnie E. (Strong) Shermeyer. She was a graduate of Wrightsville High School and was a member of the Druck Valley United Methodist Church, where she was a pianist and a board member. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, David M. Gromling, Jr. of East York; and a daughter, Lisa Livelsberger and her husband, William Livelsberger, III of Dallastown. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St., York, with the Rev. John F. Allen officiating. A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery.
