Ryan, Bertha F. (nee Fuerst), retired C.P.D. Crossing Guard for over 35 years. Beloved wife of the late Clement, loving mother of John T. (Deanna) Ryan, Rose Mary Ryan, James C. Ryan, Robert E. Ryan and the late Joanne R. Ryan, dear grandmother of Jennifer and Michelle, fond sister of Rose (the late Gustav) Fuerst, Frieda (the late Walter) Sattler, the late Albert (the late Vi) Fuerst and the late Walter (the late Frances) Fuerst, dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday, 9:30 a.m., from Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer (55th St. just W. of Harlem), to St. Daniel the Prophet Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly, 355 N. Ashland, Chicago, IL, 60607, would be appreciated. Visitation Friday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. 708-458-0208
