Dear, dear Bernie, Dr. Chapman, you will always be loved and remembered not only for the hundreds of lives you saved but for the warmth, kindness, and good person you were when you were here with us for the short time on Earth.
We were so fortunate to not only have you as our surgeon but as a dear friend of our family.
May your dear Rose, Fern, Marsha and all your Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren be comforted in knowing that there are many who care and share in their pain.
You are loved and are missed but never forgotten.
