Bella Garmisa Obituary

Garmisa, Bella (nee Marshak), beloved wife of the late Irving W., loving mother of Gayle, Barbara Jean (James) Fitzgerald and Gary, cherished and devoted nana of Adam, Douglas and Dustin Hoffman, dear sister of Lillian (the late Clarence) Spitzer, Jack (the late Dorothy) and Irving Marshak, Doris "Dodo" (the late Arnold) Horvitz and the late Margie (the late Merle) Rosenberg, also survived by her many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside services will take place Monday, September 24, 2001, 12:00 noon at Jewish Waldheim Cemetery, South Side Hebrew Section, Gate #44, DesPlaines Ave., Forest Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory may be made to Adas Yehuda V'shoshana Northbrook Community Synagogue, 2548 Jasper Court, Northbrook 60062.
