Barbara Ann Downey (nee Hannan), 73, of Glen Mills, PA formerly of Westtown, PA passed away on October 5, 2021. Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1948, Barb was the daughter of the late James and Helen (nee Clancy) Hannan. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Downey, Sr.; loving mother of Thomas J. Downey Jr (Shannon); devoted grandmother of Patrick Rowe, Patrick Downey, Shawn Rowe and Ryan Downey; dear sister of Thomas J. Hannan (Sharon).
