Dear MERCEDES and Family:
Ed and I were sad to hear about Art's passing. We both know you were always together, because we saw you almost daily. I was deeply touched that Mercedes was stated as his best friend and that you had 50 lovely years together with that friend. Ed is my best friend too. I MARRIED THE MOST WONDERFUL MAN and I feel truly blessed. We hope to have many more years together too. We can imagine how hard it is to be without your partner and we send our deepest sympathies. You will be in our prayers at this sad time. Ed and Sandy (YOUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR)
