Cieslik, Hon. Arthur J. U.S. Navy Veteran. Retired Cook County Circuit Court Judge. Beloved husband of Alma (nee Palmer) Cieslik, cherished father of Joan (Rudolph) Fandl, Debra (Lawrence Zadlo) Cieslik and the late Charles and Diane McMurray, devoted grandfather of Charles A. (Kimberly) McMurray and Rebecca Fandl, proud great-grandfather of Amanda, Matthew, Emily and Nathan, dear brother of Daniel (Mary) Cieslik, Phillip Cieslik and the late Florence Ford, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Monday, 9 a.m. from Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn, to St. Catherine of Alexandria Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, from 3 to 8 p.m. 708-425-0500.

It was nice to see Uncle Art over Thanksgiving weekend. I had a chance to talk and listen to him tell some interesting stories and he was in very good spirits. My sympathies to those close to him. I will miss him.
