Arnie had a sweet, sunny, disposition; he was always ready for a laugh. As President of the Glencoe School Board, he presented my diploma to me at eighth grade graduation and i had the pleasure of introducing him at a class meeting. His address was "illuminating". It was always a joy to see Arnie around town and at Ravinia. Lucky to know Arnie. Please know that my thoughts are with you and that i share in the grief of your great loss.

Ann, I really loved being with Arnie and to see you two together. I was envious, really, of the wonderful father Dick had. We are very sorry for your loss.
