I Miss You

Margie Derby

October 30, 2006

I always called you Daddy. Daddy is a word that emanates, love, caring, hugs, kisses, safety and security. You truly were a Daddy to me. You were always there to save me from the messes I got myself in. You were and will remain my Hero forever. Daddy I love you, miss you and will see you soon.

Grandpa you are the most caring and patient man I have ever known. I will always remember you telling me to enjoy life and not work so much. I will never forget your hugs and all the love you always showed everyone. I look forward to our next dance together.

Tony growing up I only had one grandfather until I married Stephanie and meet the kindest warm hearted person to walk this green earth. I will always remember the summer that me you and Tom spent fixing the boat. I will also remember all of the Cubs games that we went to. Now you get to see baby Dan again I hope that you two have a lot of fun together and we will all see you again. I never got the chance to tell you that I love you and call you grandpa. I miss you.

My Father-in-Law,

He was more then my father-in-law, he was the father that I really didn't have around when I was growing up. Not only for me but also for my brothers and sisters. He was my kids grandfather and also for my nieces and newphews. He never once said he wasn't thier grandfather. So my nieces and newphews always called him grandpa. I know they are going to miss him and I also know they care and Love him a lot. I believe he always knew that. I really care and Love him and I know how much I'm going to miss him. I guess I never got to tell him Thank You for everything he did for my family and for myself. I know that he will be there for my Grandson and I know that Baby Dan will be there for him. I also know that they are watching over all of us. I just want you to know that I'll miss you alot and you will always be in my heart.

Love Always,

Your Daughter-in-Law Tina

To my tio Tony,

You were more than just an uncle, you're the closest thing to a grandfather I've ever had. I never got to say thank you for that, but I know that deep down you knew. Keep my grandaddy company until I can see both of you again. Until then, I'll miss you.

My beloved grandpa, I will always love you even if i didn't get to tell you a lot more as I wanted to. I will always remember the times you yelled at me because I was bare footed around the house. I'll miss the times we went fishing. In all I'll miss you as everyone else well. I Love You Grandpa!!
