Vanna, Anthony John October 10, 1952 - July 19, 2015 - Anthony John Vanna peacefully passed away with his wife, Theresa at his side on July 19, 2015 in Plainfield, IL. Anthony "Tony" was born on October 10, 1952 to Mary V. Vanna in Chicago, IL. Tony graduated from Chicago Vocational High School. In 1969 he met Theresa Marie Ramos, who he later joined in marriage on July 7, 1973. In September of 1982, he moved his family to central Wisconsin and settled his family in Reedsburg, WI. Tony was employed for 18 years at Grede Foundry in Reedsburg, WI and 6 years at Fiskars in Sauk Prairie, WI before retiring in 2006. Anthony is loved and missed by his wife, Theresa Marie; children, David Paul (Rachael) Vanna of Le Sueur, MN, Michael Joel (Joanna) Vanna of Sacremento, CA, Anthony Thomas Vanna of Portland, OR and Theresa Michelle (Jason) Vanna-Teske of Fredericksburg, VA; grandchildren, Zander Vanna-Teske, Gavin Vanna, Talon and Aries Vanna; siblings, Ronald Vanna, Robert (Eileen) Vanna, Leonard (Margaret) Vanna, Mary Vanna, Linda (Alfredo) Avila, Alice Castellanos and Donna (Estacio) Morales; special in-laws, Carmen Vanna, Kathy Vanna, John Knalfez, Michael and Kathy Whiting, Armando and Sherry Anaya; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Anthony was preceded in death by his mother, Mary V. Vanna; brother, Raymond Vanna; sister, Clara Jean Knalfez; and nephews, Robert John Navarro and Martin Morales. There will be a family celebration of life gathering on Sunday, August 2, 2015.
