Siaskiewicz, Anthony A. Age 88, Navy veteran of WW II. Beloved husband of the late Frances C. nee Knopinski and the late Helen nee Oczkowicz. Loving father of Susan (Thomas) Vucinic, Richard Siaskiewicz, Jeannine (Stephen) Noto and Julie (Robert) Hrebic. Dear grandfather of Daniel, Sara (Tim), Lauren, Vincent, Stephanie and Lindsay. Great grandfather of Caroline and Melanie. Fond brother of the late Clementine Plewa, late Violet and the late Stanley (late Catherine) Siaskiewicz. Uncle of many. Member and Usher at Our Lady of the Snows Church, Member of the Central Stickney Golden VIP's and past volunteer of the Fire Department. Life member of the Des Plaines Valley Memorial Post #6863 V.F.W. & Ritual Team, Clearing Post #600 American Legion. Long time volunteer at Hines V.A. Hospital. Funeral Wednesday 8:45 a.m. from the Richard-Midway Funeral Home 5749 Archer Av. (corner of Lorel) to Our Lady of the Snows Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Sts Cyril & Methodius Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 3-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Hines V.A. Volunteer Office preferred. 773-767-1840 or www.richardmidwayfh.com.
