Anthony Radetic Obituary
Anthony Radetic, age 94, at rest on Tuesday September 21, 2021 at his home. Anthony was the beloved husband of 65 years to Mary Radetic (nee Dybala) who preceded him in death on Thursday May 21, 2020. Anthony had a long civilian career with Great American Insurance Company, retiring in 1987. Anthony was a WWII veteran whose military career spanned over three decades, retiring at the rank of Command Sargent Major (CSM) in the United States Army Reserve. Anthony was the cherished father of Michael Radetic; the loving grandfather of Ashley, John, and Anthony; great-grandfather of Jordan, Logan, Brooklyn and Adan; brother of Josephine LaPorte, and the late Ann Viviano, Mary Radetic, and Irene Cica. A beloved son to the late Joseph and Mary (nee Pocepicky) Radetic. Services for Anthony will be held at Tezak's Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet, Illinois 60435 (815) 722-0524 on Sunday November 14, 2021 from 1400 hours (2:00 pm) to 1800 hours (6:00 pm). He will be laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery on Monday November 15, 2021 at 1100 hours (11:00 am). Obituary and tribute all for Anthony Radetic at www.tezakfuneralhome.com.
