WWII Army Vet., beloved husband of Evelyn Major, loving father of Mark and Pamela Major, devoted brother of Tola Morton and Alexsandra "Stack" Stachurski, the late Joseph (Claire) Majchrowicz and John (Jean) Majors, dear uncle of Charlene Feldner and many other nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, 9:30 a.m., from Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 W. 159th St., Orland Park, to St. Julie Billiart Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Longtime member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and the American Legion. Funeral info: 708-429-3200
