I am very sorry to hear of Anne's passing and I offer my condolences. I had the opportunity to work with Anne on several occassions over the years, and it was always a pleasure. We had a couple of conversations of our personal battles with disease, and they were a real touching of hearts for me. I know that I will think of her in the future and it will bring me joy.

Very sorry to hear about your loss. I worked with Anne at the Fed and shared a taxi cab or two at various meetings we attended together. I appreciate Anne's outspokenness in our meetings. She was usually one of the first to speak up on issues and always had though provoking ideas to present. She was fiesty and I will miss that.
My family and I prayed for you last night and will continue to do so in the future. God bless.

Though I've met Anne a mere few times over the years and had the pleasure of working with her for a few hours during my visits to the windy city, I can think of only one word to describe and remember her: mensch.
It is a Yiddish noun meaning a decent, upright, mature, and responsible person of strength and honor.
May everyone's grief be tempered by their fond memories of this fantastic women. G-d's speed in your recovery.

When I see the crashing waves of the Pacific off the coast of Monterey, my thoughts will be of Anne. We would chat about the best places to dine and sightsee on her drive down from SF; it was one of her favorite places to visit when on the west coast. Anne was so supportive in a no-nonsense sort of way; I loved her style and will truly miss working with her. My prayers go out to her family during this time of sorrow.
