To my Grandma Anne,

We may not have been related to each other by blood but that did not seem to matter much. I miss you so much. My mom misses you allot too. You were a mother to her when her mom died. I still remember the story where my mom handed you her single rose at her wedding. You were sitting on the end of a pew. Tony made sure of it because he was in on it.

I also remember the time you gave my sister and I those "pearl" necklaces. You always did have good taste. They are still with me. Actually everything you gave me I treasure. Most of all, your knowledge.

I can't wait to look up at the sky with my engineering degree in my hand and wave to you and Tony. I will know that I accomplished what I did because of your faith in me. I love you.

Love your great-niece,

Kimberly

P.S. Tell Tony that Pat serves "box cookies" to Bob too, and he doesn't complain.
