Sending comfort and love to the entire Bickett Family, Ann's former students, colleagues and friends. She was a superb teacher with natural "know how" and completely dedicated to her profession. I greatly enjoyed working summers with her at Washburn Trade School, where we composed special units and videotaped speechreading practice. One of her major works, (1976) "My Country's Birthday" was a masterpiece for students who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. The last time I saw Ann was on a TV News segment that featured hearing impaired students. May her blessed memory be eternal. RIP dear Ann. Your legacy reaches far and wide.

The Lord surely knew you, Aunt Anne and now you meet Him face to face; where all who know Him as their Lord and Savior wish to be as well. You will be missed in this world, but we rejoice in your eternal salvation. Love You, Diana
