Anna White Obituary
Feb. 25, 1923 - June 24, 2012
Anna Lee White passed away peacefully at home. She was 89 years old. She was born in McCloud, OK. She married her husband George on June 8, 1946. They were married for 48 years, before his passing in 1995. They moved to Vallejo, CA., in 1952.
Anna was a homemaker and caregiver. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards, sewing, and scrabble. She volunteered at the Florence Douglas Senior Center for several years.
Preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Winifred Beeson; husband, George; daughter, Donna; and son, Charles.
Anna is survived by her son, Jerry (Sandra) of Vallejo; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation to be held Thursday, July 5, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., at Colonial Chapels, 1000 Redwood St., Vallejo, CA 94590.
Services will be held Friday, July 6, 11 a.m., officiated by Pastor Brad Wilcoxen, at Colonial Chapels, 1000 Redwood St., Vallejo, CA 94590. Burial to follow at Sunrise Memorial Cemetery, 2201 Sacramento St., Vallejo, CA 94590.

My condolences to Mrs. White's family and friends. She was my sitter way back 44 years ago. I contacted her not too long ago and one of the things I reminisced with her was about her delicious sugar cookies, decorating them with that delicious and colorful icing! Mrs. White was a good soul. Both Mr. and Mrs. White were very nice people,...something I recognized even then as a young girl. I will always have nothing but fond memories of her. When I look at this picture,...there it is!--that smile!!
