Prusak, Anna (nee Radon), beloved wife of the late Raymond, loving mother of Dolores "Dolly" (late Norman) Serafin and Bernard (Carol) Prusak, cherished grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of eight, dearest sister of Rosalie (late Richard) Simpson, late Sophie (late Stanley) Borowski and the late Rudy (late Mary) Radon, aunt of many nieces and nephews. Longtime employee and member of Sacred Heart Church (46th & Wolcott), als longtime member of PNA Lodge #2727, Morskie Oko-Navy Club #101, VFW Town of Lake Ladies Auxiliary #4684, P.R.C.U. Society #347, Daughters of Isabella #324, Pope John Paul II Senior Citizens Society #80, League of Mother Mary Theresa Dudzik, Rosary Club of Sacred Heart and Back of the Yards Council. Funeral Friday, 10:30 a.m., from the Wolniak Funeral Home, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Turibius Church for 11 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
