Anna McNulty Obituary

Anna Mae McNulty, 92, was strong and she was beautiful. She helped her father support and raise her three younger siblings, her little sister Rose Mary "Honey" (Howard) Lodding and the late John Finnegan and the late Michael Finnegan. Her beauty caught the eye of her perfect match, the late Edward J. McNulty, and they were married at St. Bridget's Church. Anna Mae was the adoring mother of Michael "Darlene" McNulty and William (Barbara) McNulty. A vivacious character, her social life gave her much joy and kept her sharp and witty. She was a loyal friend and charter member of the Canasta Club, which met for over 50 years. Anna Mae also devoted much of her charity to Goodwill Industries and served as president of the Mt. Carmel Mothers Club. Anna Mae McNulty is also survived by her grandchildren, Darsi (Paul) Kling, Devra (Stacy) Byrd, Dana (Mark) Fardig, Stacey (Luigi) Ruffolo, William (Gail) McNulty Jr., Edward McNulty and Margo (Daniel) Heyden and 8 great-grandchildren. "Aunt Mo" will be greatly missed. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, April 4th, 2011 at 12 Noon in Our Lady of the Woods Church following visitation in church from 10 a.m. until Mass begins. Entombment will take place at St. Michael's Mausoleum of Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. For further information please contact McKeon Funeral Home 773-927-0925.
