I really wont't beleive she is gone til the next big party, like one of our 50th or 60th or the next Greek Easter..she was something...I still remember the day in 1972 when we moved onto Lombard 2 doors away from her and she came over with all those Greek cookies...my mom and her were best friends forever from that moment and me and Kalli were kind of forced into it, but I can remember all those campouts in the back yard, counting Pete's money from the theater, Red eggs on Greek Easer and best of all the Greek toast and hot chocolate in the morning after a sleep over. She would tell me no Michele you have to dunk the toast in the chocolate before you eat it...and she never said a word as we spent hours in the bathroom looking in the mirror for Bloody Mary. She was the best. When I was about 33 years old she said to me Michele why don't you call me Angie, you're old enough now, I just couldn't do it. She will always and forever be Mrs. Geldes, Mrs. G, and I love her. And I will always miss her goofy wisdom. And her dream interpretation and just her.
George, Tommy, Billy and Kalli you are so lucky to have had her, she was the best. Love you all, Michele

Our prayers, thoughts and sympathy to dear Angie's family. We were so fortunate to know her so well during our days at Proviso East High School and what a pleasure it was to work with her on the many class reunions we had. Angie was such a warm compassionate and caring person, and we know that she will continue to spread that wonderful quality in heaven. Much Love and Sympathy, Don and Peggy Johnson from Sandwich, Il.

During the time that Angeline was a patient at Lakewood Center in Plainfield, she always had a way of making me smile. She was always telling jokes and smiling at me as I walked by. She always called me by name even though it took her a while to remember it. My condolences go out to "ya-ya's" family. She was loved and will be missed very much.

Mrs. Geldes was a friend of many and a mother to all. She had a deep spirit and warm heart that touched everyone she met. To Bill, Kalee, Tommy and George, may you find peace in your mothers passing, knowing she is in resting comfortably in God's hands.

A precious, caring, "Hi Deb, Hows Bill" to her daughters neighbor- Shows her love spread everywhere.
A person who know how to stop and smell the flowers, with a smile.
She will be missed by many!
Especially for myself as I try to practice her advice to many:
"Pick & choose you battles"
May she rest in peace with her beloved husband.
Blessings to her family as they heal from their loss.
Sincerely, Deb Kountz & Family
