Andy and Jim were very dear to me. Their kindness and generosity was much appreciated. They were role models to me as a young man and I shall miss them very much. My condolences to Andy's family and friends.

I met Andy many years ago through a mutual friend, and although I saw him only rarely over the years I made a point of listening to his program as often as possible.
Rest in peace, Andy; your great work remains with us.
I offer my deepest sympathy to Andy's life partner on his loss.
